Privacy policy

Effective from 29.10.2026. This is an English translation of the Polish privacy policy. If the two versions differ, the Polish version prevails.

1. Who processes your data

The controller of personal data collected through wibiurowarszawa.pl is Vifakturownia Sp. z o.o., ul. Elektoralna 13/121, 00-137 Warszawa, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 5253036545.

For anything about your personal data, write to wibiurowarszawa@gmail.com or call +48 533 151 071.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form (Contact page). Your name, e-mail address, phone number (if you give it), subject and message. We use them to answer your question.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Ordering an agreement (Order page). Company or personal details: company name or full name, NIP, address, e-mail, phone, chosen package, billing period and start date. If your company is not registered yet: full name, phone, planned company name, register (CEIDG or KRS) and your message. We use them to prepare the agreement and to contact you.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, once the agreement is signed, our legal obligations, for example tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Company lookup by NIP. When you enter a NIP, the site fetches the company name and address from the public VAT taxpayer register of the Polish Ministry of Finance (the so-called white list). Only the NIP is sent to the Ministry.

Phone and e-mail. If you call or write to us, we process the data you give us in order to reply.

WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button opens a chat in the WhatsApp app with a prepared message. The site does not send anything by itself. If you send the message, WhatsApp (Meta) also processes the data under its own terms.

Giving us your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your question or prepare an agreement.

3. Who we share data with

Only with companies that help us run the site and handle requests:

  • the hosting company SOHOST (sohost.pl), whose servers run the site;
  • Google, because requests arrive in a Gmail mailbox. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission;

We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep data

  • Contact form enquiries and e-mails: until the matter is dealt with, then up to 12 months in case you have further questions.
  • Orders that did not lead to an agreement: up to 12 months.
  • Agreement data: for the term of the agreement, then until claims become time-barred. We keep accounting documents for 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax payment deadline passed.
  • Data processed on the basis of consent: until you withdraw it.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy;
  • have your data corrected;
  • have your data erased or its processing restricted;
  • data portability;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before).

Just write to wibiurowarszawa@gmail.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).

6. Cookies and browser storage

The site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

The site also stores a few technical items in your browser that it needs to work:

  • pll_language (cookie): the language of the site you last used, so that the next visit opens in the same language; kept for up to a year;
  • elementor (localStorage and sessionStorage): a page view and session counter used by the tool the site is built with;
  • wpEmojiSettingsSupports (sessionStorage): whether your browser can display emoji;
  • imunify_sw_verdicts (localStorage): the result of the site’s protection against attacks.

This data stays in your browser and you can delete it in your browser settings.

7. Third-party services on the site

  • Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers and sends them, among other things, your IP address.
  • Google Maps on the home page. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may store its own cookies. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

8. Changes
